The room was "OK." No closet, just rack in the main area of the room. The bed was not very good at all: hard, and slanted towards the head. Pretty poor mattress.

Have stayed here many times but the room looked light the rug hadn’t been swept. Clock had the incorrect time, but there was no way to know how to reset the time. Probably will still stay here again, but was deeply disappointed this time.

"If I had a choice, it would be anywhere else... anywhere"

There is consistently no one at the front desk. However they require you to wait around for them to check in or out. Also if you stay there regularly you are a second class citizen. You will be confined to second and third floor rooms only. So no first floor or rooms from the new wing. Those are only for prefered customers. The manager seems to think that people who stay at the hotel for work are somehow her direct reports there for her to manage and instruct. When people complain of unclean rooms or problems they are met with threats of being reported to their employer as retaliation. If you ask them the only problem with the hotel is their "customers".
