Comfort Suites in Berlin never disappoints! The rooms are always very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is a step above all other hotel breakfasts with baked oatmeal and breakfast casserole at times. Our family thoroughly enjoys the amenities. Would recommend to anyone booking a trip to Ohio’s Amish country!!

The staff at the hotel was great. Booking.com had my name backwards, last name was my first name. This caused some confusion at the hotel, not their issue. But they had to deal with it.
