Friendly, warm staff especially the Receptionist Emily :). Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms light and airy with blackout curtains! First time I've slept in for that long! Comfy beds, quiet and our dog settled easily. Old and atmospheric with a few ghost stories ... Absolutely great value for money too! We have found a place to stay when we visit our son in Bristol ❤️🌷🥂

The single room I was in was bad,no sound proofing,I could hear everything in all rooms around me.
