Surprisingly this was a really nice hotel, everything was clean, it had a flat screen TV, and the smell was wonderful, would stay again.

"Overnight stay for concert in Enid"

Hotel very run down. Not very clean. No coffee pot in room. Door lock weak. Floors stained. Breakfast was waffles and danish. Coffee in lobby was awful.

"Close to family event"

The staff was very friendly but I was disappointed with the bed and bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower stall kept clogging.

"Room okay for the price, musty smell"

Could use more than 2 skimpy towels for showering, "courtesy breakfast not the best, NO place to sit and eat, those in the area was there just visiting, had to take our food to the room, since it was raining, not a good scene. Just disappointed, as we were wanting a place to relax for the evening before a full next day, not comfortable

"Maybe a 2Star rating is too high."

Refrigerator stopped working the first day. I was standing in water while showering. The hotel has a strip clay at the entrance. The dryer did not dry our clothes. The staff at heck in and out did not seem happy in their jobs. It is a 2 star for the right reasons.

"Sleep in the car instead"

Gave me a key to an occupied room but then changed my room type and put me upstairs without any type of discount or compensation. The room smelled really musty, no hairdryer, the bedspreads on the double beds didn't even match and complimentary breakfast was a serious joke. Not to mention it was in a seedy part of town with a strip club out front. NEVER AGAIN!!!
