The property is always nice even being under construction and the elevator not working at the time of my stay the staff still managed to keep the rooms nice and clean. And Patrick is nicest person ever! Can’t wait to come back.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable. The lights around the mirror were nice.

Elevator did not work- I’m 8m pregnant, my husband just had hip surgery & we have a 3 year old.. no one offered to help us get everything up to the THIRD floor, breakfast area was under construction- could not find anyone to tell us where breakfast would be served the morning before we left.. so we didn’t get any, bathroom floor was dirty, entire third floor had an awful smell of marijuana that seeped into our room, only 1 wash cloth was in the room (extra trip down the stairs to get more), only to find after showers there were no sheets for pull out bed (another trip downstairs), air would cut on & run for about 4 minutes only to cut back on after another 7.
