The Blu Hotel Blue Ash Cincinnati, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The staff was excellent. Location was good. It was very clean. Breakfast was great. The suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The sheers in the bedroom need to be replaced as they were shredded.

Beds were very comfy, linens were clean and comfortable. The shower felt amazing. Large open space. Breakfast was okay. Different each day for main breakfast. Day 1 was smoked sausage,eggs and potatoes. Day 2 biscuits and gravy. Cereal,fruit, yogurt, waffles were served every morning.

The sheer curtains were shredded and didnt provide privacy. . Only coffee pods no sugar or creamer.

Just some adjustments to the AC it is so Old and Loud

We arrived late evening and front desk receptionist Ms Catiela was very kind and helpful she helped us with everything and there is 724 coffee machine and she even made sure that we had coffee and I care of every question that we had the place is really nice with blue colors beautifully arranged a very open bright. Roomy rooms are modernly designed there's a work desk the lighting is modern and the kitchen is separated from the room so you don't hear the refrigerators sound it was a quite nice we usually stay at downtown Cincinnati area but during the weekends we need more affordable places so this place is a deal. They offer full continental breakfast and it was fresh and they also have a water filter station which I don't see much in other places it's on Reed Hartman so location is very convenient.

I Loved this Hotel. We are from Florida and spent a night in the Cincinnati area. The Blu Hotel in Blue Ash, Ohio. Although we only stayed for 1 night. It was very memorable. The evening and morning Receptionist Calela and Aisha were the friendliest, most professional and well mannered receptionist I have ever encountered at a Hotel. they went above and beyond their duties to make us feel comfortable and at home. The rooms were clean, bed was so comfortable and everything worked great. Breakfast was great, and I loved the coffee machine. It offered a variety of choices. We asked for a late checkout and was asked if the 1 additional hour requested was enough time or if we needed more time. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in the area.
