"On another stay the things might have been better"

cleanliness, staff were helpful and informative excellent bathroom complimentary water

non functioning lifts were a major negative when you has 4 cases to carry to the 3rd floor with nobody to assist you. the online check in process was cumbersome and time consuming. Key collection process a bit unorthodox Did not sleep well due to other guests coming and going, having very loud vocal conversations, door bells ringing and banging until almost 3.00 am.
