"Could be an amazing place...."

This was probably an amazing place in the 80s/90s. Suites are spacious with thoughtful lay outs; lounge area is welcoming with complimentary hot chocolate; parking is readily available and outdoor pool/hot tub/sauna confirmed. Unfortunately, other than the lounge, the hotel has not been well-maintained: stretched/buckled carpets, peeling wallpaper, stained furniture, old linens. Recent renos appear cheaply done. The selling points are: it's very reasonably priced, the beds are surprisingly comfortable, and the staff are great. It's a shame that less care was put into upkeeping this hotel - could be an amazing place. I would not stay here again, but have no hesitation in booking my children (17-20 yr olds) here. They are much less picky than I.

"Good stay for the price."

My room was super spacious with 2 bedrooms/2 baths and a full kitchen. The shuttle driver was really nice and also the receptionist Kel was amazing. I had left my boots in their storage unit and didn’t realize it till I got home. She went above and beyond immediately to help me look for them and mailed it back to me.

You have to walk uphill to get the hotel. The shuttle isn’t available 24/7. The room is a bit outdated.
