Tropical paradise! Nicely kept landscaping, pools were great, good facilities!

Check in was not available until 5:30pm. No call. No proactive service ie: give us access to pool/mai tai welcome ceremony. It was very disappointing and we’re local and understanding. We had groceries and asked for a call when the room was ready and no one called. We ended up going back to front desk and finally got a room.

Great service!

We stay here often but was disappointed this time around. We dealt with a really rude front desk staff member, did not get in the area we requested, did not get our daughter's room close to our room, and were just not impressed with customer service. Spas were either too hot, too cold, and not working. We will try one more time and then go in search of a friendlier place that is better maintained.

Pool was good, but the Spa wasn't as hot as I taught it should have been. It felt warm but not to hot.
