Incredible service; however, the hotel needs to be updated. The carpets were dirty and the place needs to be updated. I was very disappointed.

The breakfast was amazing! The had a cute lounge area that I wish I had found time to use. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. I liked my room, but it did overlook the parking lot/alley. I liked being on the third floor.

The room had a quaint lodge style design with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was pristine and the on-demand breakfast was top notch.

The place is in desperate need of updating. Beds are horrible, sheets like sleeping on sandpaper and the shower head is ridiculous. The pictures of the property are way off. But, we had booked 3 nights and allowed to cancel 2 and move to different hotel.

Rooms are clean, but somewhat dated. Our mattress was worn beyond what you would expect. Overall size of the king room is too small. You barely have enough room to store your luggage. Our room was basically in the under story of the hotel. We had a fantastic view of a fence. The breakfast is a plus and friendly staff. We will visit jackson again, but will not be staying at alpine in the future

The daily breakfast was delicious! The location was great for walking around downtown Jackson Hole.

I booked this expecting a typical bed and breakfast - an establishment hosted by someone personally and who cooked the communal breakfast for everyone in the morning. This is more set up like a boutique hotel with a cook in the kitchen who will make you breakfast in the morning. When we arrived the front desk was closed and we had to check in at a hotel 2 blocks away. There was an AC unit in the window (it's late october) which made it cold and noisy (the street was just outside our window). The downstairs breakfast area was very noisy in the morning (music playing, people talking, dishes clanking) and we could hear all of it from our room. The food was good and the coffee was hot and plentiful though! I found the bed VERY firm and the pillows were very flat. There was also a shower leak and lots of dripping noises the whole time. The room was very clean, internet was fast and the staff was very polite and helpful when we asked to get the AC removed from the window. It was an OK stay - but not the bed and breakfast experience I was looking for unfortunately.

Comfortable clean and well maintained. Quiet and homey. Breakfast was delightful! Cooked to order by super friendly staff in the lovely homey dining room. Good location with some parking. Rooms were spacious with little Juliet balcony and potbelly stove. Comfy bed. Highly recommend for the breakfast alone and the friendly homey feel.

Clean, comfortable, and very well kept. The downstairs space with the sofas, fireplace, coffee bar and daily made to order breakfast really upgraded the experience. The staff were very friendly and it had a quiet cozy family feel. Room was spacious with a little pot belly stove and a Juliet balcony with peekaboo mountain views allowed access to the fresh mountain Air while you were sleeping. Super comfy beds, everything you need to be rested and well fed to start your day. Good parking good location.

Very noisy, you can hear every door open and close, we had several construction guys staying there for the entire time and they were extremely noisy, slamming doors at all hours, leaving their TV on all night and the volume turned up. The guys cooking breakfast were really brash and rude and spoke virtually no English.
