The accommodation is excellent, the hosts are pleasant. The center and the old town are close and everything is adapted to the guest. If I visit Matera again, I would stay there again for every recommendation.

Clean. Spacious. Location . Modern . Quality bedding and towels. Knowledgeable host. Great communication. Close to coffee shop , bakery and supermarket. Well equipped kitchen with coffee/tea.

Será, anfitriã que nos recebeu é nota 1000, muito alegre, atenciosa e proativa, o apartamento é muito aconchegante, bem mobiliado e com todos os utensílios necessários para uma ótima hospedagem, roupa de cama de boa qualidade, ótima localização, próximo ao centro com bom acesso ao comércio local e aos mesmo tempo muito próximo ao portal de entrada para cidade histórica, dá para fazer tudo apé. Com certeza será nossa primeira opção quando voltarmos à Matera.

Lorenzo handed over the keys personally and gave us a number of very helpful tips for our stay in Matera. The old town is within walking distance and food can be bought nearby as well. The apartment is well equipped and in very good condition. We found some coffee in the kitchen, thanks for that. The green apartment comes with a washing machine (detergent available) and a balcony for drying the laundry. Free parking in front of the house was another plus.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Matera, was wir auch Lorenzo zu verdanken haben. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und anhand einer Karte und seiner Infomappe die Gegebenheiten der Stadt sehr ausführlich und interessant erklärt. Man merkt Ihm die Zuneigung und Begeisterung für seine Stadt an und konnten es kaum erwarten diese tolle und einzigartige Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und eine Parkplatz hatten wir auch immer direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in 10 Minuten ins Zentrum gelaufen. Das Auto kann man stehen lassen. Es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen direkt neben dem Eingang, eine sehr gute Take-away Pizzeria links neben dem Eingang und ein Mittagessen Restaurant ca. 300 m entfernt, welches wechselnde Tagesgerichte auch zum Mitnehmen anbietet. Zu jedem gelungenen Aufenthalt gehört auch die passende Unterkunft dazu und bei Lerenzo stimmt wirklich alles. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
