Beds were so comfy. Rooms were clean and smelt fresh and clean.

The air con made a buzzing noise so we had to turn it off. Was a cold night

"Good without being spectacular."

Right between two trees, very good.

Breakfast, main waiter had dirty pants with stains. Kitchen door very greasy and dirty finger prints, used dishes removed but tables weren’t wiped. Second breakfast breakfast bar not restocked.

"Good location, poor experience"

Good location to explore Napier. Free on site parking.

I was not greeted promptly on arrival, two staff members finished their conversation before addressing me. Very noisey late in the evening with people running up and down corridor and slamming doors. Response from staff unsatisfying when addressing concerns the next day.
