Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le room service est de qualité et les plats sont délicieux, en même temps nous sommes en Italie. Le personnel parle très bien anglais.

A atendente do check in nada simpática e até mesmo grossa

Ci vado ogni volta che vado da quelle parti e non mi delude mai. Pulizia e cortesia dello staff. Anche al ristorante, mangiato benissimo!

Non è che non mi è piaciuto, ma non mi sembra logico, per un hotel che ha come maggiori numero di ospiti persone da e per l’aeroporto, avere un servizio shuttle che termina alle 10:00.

Camera gelida con aria condizionata che non si poteva regolare e nemmeno spegnere. Cuscini troppo molli, abbiamo chiesto di sostituirlo e ci hanno detto che avevano solo quelli. Colazione scarsa e di qualità molto bassa

My wife and two friends of ours stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near to the Milan Mapensa Airport as we needed to be close by for an early flight. This hotel exceeded my expectations from multiple perspectives. I found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and very helpful. This included the front desk, bar, and restaurant staff. And while the hotel website didn’t seem to mention a restaurant, they do have one and the food was very good and reasonably priced. This was a nice benefit since the closest restaurant was about a 15 minute walk away. One note, the hotel airport shuttle is complimentary only in the morning. You have to pay for a driver for afternoon or evening trips. I did have to do this so I can’t give guidance on the cost. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
