Hotel Bastei

Einfache Unterkunft, in der Unterhaltung mäßig. Defekte Teile in der Naßzelle sollten auffallen. Umgebung nicht sehr ansprechend.

Camere ben ristrutturate e di ampi spazi. Ambienti un pò troppo freddi. Colazione buona; senza troppa scelta ma con prodotti freschi e di qualità.

Wir waren im Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (stadtauswärts) untergebracht. Die Flurbereiche waren nicht im besten Zustand - aber es fanden geraden Reko-Arbeiten statt. Der kleine Aufzug macht einen mit Vorsicht zu betrachtenden Eindruck. Das Zimmer (Nr. 26, 2. OG) war sehr gut und schön groß. Auch mit 3 Personen und Beistellliege war es noch nicht eng. Und auch ein großes Bad. Im Hauptgebäude selbst kam man an einer schön gestalteten Rezeption mit nettem Personal an. Der sich anschließende Speiseraum war sehr liebevoll gestaltet und das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut, vielseitig und reichhaltig. Allerdings fand ich den Raum wie auch die Buffetnische etwas zu eng geraten. Aber auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen..

We stayed one night during our travel through Europe. Staff was nice. Room was okay. Breakfast was on the smaller side. We ate the restaurant which was alright.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad war extrem klein und eng. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Das Beste war das Abendessen im Restaurant - wirklich ausgezeichnet. Schöne Terrasse für laue Abende. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Preise für die gebotene Qualität sehr angemessen.

Easy to find location, free parking.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, it was noisy when the window was opened. Old, creaky beds. Breakfast is very poor, you had to constantly ask for refills of coffee and bread - yes, there was always a shortage of bread. No one offered even hot scrambled eggs, in general, the restaurant staff was extremely unhelpful and rude.

Ein sehr hellhöriges, älteres Gebäude. Die Einrichtung und der Komfort erinnern eher an eine Montagewohnung als an ein Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist stark veraltet; das Frühstück bietet frische Brötchen, ist jedoch insgesamt sehr spartanisch. Wuerden wir nicht nochmal machen oder empfehlen.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast included into the price. The furniture is a solid wood and seems to be nice, however it has some years and if you're looking for some modern design this wouldn't be your best choice (personally I liked it). Beds are comfortable. The very good thing was there are EV chargers on a parking

1. The disadvantage is that breakfast is located in the other building, the other side of the road. 2. The staff is not good with English, so besides basic things you might have issues with communication. 3. EV charger has a serious drawback: these are third party company managed, so you have put additional effort to use; also, the IDLE time after charging is paid ... so you can't charge your car with overnight expecting just the consumed energy bill; you'll be charged for 0.1EUR per each minute after 2h (even for A/C charge) and the bill can be super high ... would be perfect if those rules would be cleanly displayed for customers and also - if the hotel will take over those chargers, so the bill can be included to the hotel - without necessity to interact with third party.
