The property is generally OK; it seems they are just starting to pick up with their services. Although they recently reopened, the full range of services wasn’t available during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. They also added a breakfast charge to my bill initially, but in the morning, I was informed that breakfast wasn’t available. I hope to see improvements in their service continuity as they settle back into operation.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service, came in for a room at night, received a room key but then had to leave after an emergency phone call. The manager would not give me a credit or refund on the room even though I did not use the room and had to leave the hotel.
