I’m very grateful that this hotel is pet friendly. I was especially impressed with how nice our room was. I was a little worried that traveling with a dog might mean we’d be given a less desirable room, but that wasn’t the case at all. The room was great: very clean, no odors, and I appreciated that there was minimal carpeting. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast area was also very clean and well maintained. We actually traveled an hour out of our way to stay here because it’s a pet-friendly hotel that doesn’t overcharge, and we absolutely didn’t regret it.

"No Customer Service"

Always stop here on way to Toronto. Hurt My leg whilst at hotel ( an old wound). Asked for a handicapped room for on way back ( already booked) and they refused, even said they’d need to charge us. NEVER AHAIN WILL I STAY AT A RED ROOF Hotel. It’s the principle of it really isn’t it. I shall honour the already booked room on our return from Toronto but that is it. An hotel that doesn’t believe in customer service - they are lucky I’m not during them for the raised gradient in the hallway, with no markers I might add. I’m a bit angry at the moment
