Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Malone

There were four of us in 2 adjoining rooms. We were very happy with the rooms. The continental breakfast was very good. You had your choice of a real coffee mug, silverware, plastic plates, and bowls. The motel is recycling by washing dishes and not wasting paper products, even though you could use the paper products if you so desired. The entire staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this motel for anyone staying in the Malone, NY area.

Staff was great, hotel itself was great! But the humidity in the room was crazy, the sheets and everything were damp, I picked up the housekeeping book and it was wet underneath.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping people were very nice and efficient. I would go back there anytime. The price was a lot lower than their competicion in town. Parking was also good.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable, nice job on the dark washcloth for removing makeup. For the price, it was pretty much what we expected. Good location if you're attending the Franklin County Fair. Staff was very helpful and gave parking tips for the fair, as well as great attitudes and energy.

The room had a weird smell we couldn't place. The TV remote didn't work, and we had no "Do Not Disturb" hang tag for the door. All of the soaps and shampoos were in wall dispensers, so you had to use a washcloth for showering, I'm glad I brought my own soap! The breakfast was very carb heavy-waffles, bagels, bread, etc. They did have hard boiled eggs which we really appreciated. My partner is gluten-free, so only ate the eggs and fruit. A gluten-free bagel would have been great to include.

We had a smooth check in and staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy to get to stores around the hotel.
