Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center

The floor in the room was very dirty and was still dirty after we told management. No anti slip surface in the very narrow tub. They politely listened to our complaints but nothing was done. Stayed 3 nights.

I loved the staff. Each person I encountered was pleasant, helpful and very professional. The room was comfortable and super clean. The breakfast provided was wonderful and the large water with lemons was a welcome touch. The pool area had ample seating and clean. The only issue was the cost of food, drinks and snacks. This was a brand new hotel, and there weren't any restaurants nearby if you didn't have a car. I did order delivery(which was excellent, by the way)but if you just wanted some snacks and drinks I paid close to $45.00! All in all an exceptional experience.

The location and the grab n go breakfast. The breakfast was nothing special but enough to hold us over till we get on the ship. The guy at the desk was friendly.

The tub didnt drain well. The bedding had hairs. I think the sheets were clean, and the hairs were from the dryer, but that kind of thing needs attention. The duvet had stains, not sure if it was actually dirty or just a stain, but that is alarming. I did not complain. We made do because we arrived late and just needed to sleep.

Place is always clean

I've been staying here almost every month once a month and up until this last time I was very happy with all my stays until a new staff member or possibly even the manager wasn't very accommodating or nice. Unsure if I'll come back again or not.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly enough.

The bed was a lot firmer than I like. My daughter stayed her bed was way firmer, as well. The lighting in the room was awful. Even though there were 3 lamps, it was very dim. And this has nothing to do with the hotel, but don't bother eating at the Popeyes next door.

I booked this for one night around the dates for the Artemis 2 launch. I ended up not staying as there was a night launch that date instead and I didn't feel the location was right to be travelling to somewhere to view the launch. I did however make use of the room the following day and spent some time by the pool. I did go to the room and it seemed fine. It was clean and had a coffee machine and plenty of towels.

Bins by the pool were over flowing and there was no shade.

Lots of hot water; location

I was attending the Artemis ll moon launch. The price of this hotel was increased by 3X the normal rate. To be fair, most of the hotels grossly inflated their rated for this event. However, this was the reason for the low 'Value' score. It is not a $250/night hotel. Also, the towels were not replaced daily.
