Fraser Suites Glasgow

The suite was spacious and well furnished, it was that we wanted reviewing the pictures on the website.

We did not like our suit because it had an awful smell coming from the kitchen of the restaurant under our suit. Complaining about the smell at the reception, the staff was not much supportive they offered another room in the close neighborhood with the same smelly features. So actually we were not offered a real change. Later we realized that the bathtube did not sink the water, after the evening shower we had to wait till next evening to have it dried out. Considering that we made our reservation at Fraser Suits more than a month before we were quite much disappointed. This was our first visit to Scotland and although we enjoyed our journey, the bad experience with Fraser Suits remains with us.

Fraser Suites ligger väldigt bra till, och jag har ofta bott här. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam.

Jag har tidigare nämnt att det vore bra om det fanns en något större uppsättning porslin och bestick eftersom det bara finns två av varje av allting, vilket göra att man måste diska hela tiden. Sen finns bara en liten teflonstekpanna som dessutom brukar vara ganska nött - dock inte denna gång, kanske var den utbytt mot en ny. Jag kan också tycka att det hade varit bra med en handdusch som är praktiskt när man ska tvätta håret och inte vill få schampoo i ögonen för att man måste stå under duschen.

Comfortable large room

We were there for 4 nights and room was never serviced so we had to go to reception for tea bags, toilet rolls etc. No clean towels
