Manchmal etwas laute Gruppen - spezifisch an den Wochenenden. Nicht schlimm - und das Hotel kann ja auch nichts für seine (anderen) Gäste.

El personal de la piscina y del Restaurante La Nao

Tuvimos un incidente con el pago de la cuenta en la cena del Restaurante La Nao. Después de una agradable cena y un buen servicio, nos pasan la nota para cargar en la cuenta de la habitación. La firmo y nos subimos a la habitación. A la media hora me llaman de recepción diciéndome que eso no lo podía hacer (cuando no me habían informado en ningún momento), y que bajara a pagar. Baje con la consecuente molestia y vergüenza, y después de abonar la nota, subí a poner una queja. Al día siguiente, el establecimiento se disculpó y nos ofreció algún detalle, pero considero que la disculpa llegó tarde y fue un poco ambigua. El hotel en general está bien, pero creo que no se actuó de la mejor manera en mi circunstancia.
