The quality of the pillows is nice but if you’re planning to go for a relaxing time then forget it! god forbid you don’t wear a suit, everyone looks at you crazy ! god forbid a mom would like to wear sweats and slides instead of being done up. it’s funny because i make more money than the b!!tch at the front desk who won’t even look me in my face ! horrible horrible horrible customer service experience.. went down an hour later in heels and business attire and she was the nicest person ever …. discrimination at its finest . ONLY go here if you are prepared to eat, sleep, and live in a suit. and don’t even get me started on them not answering their phone, having no food service, or even a microwave in a $150 room. usually love marriott ! not this one !

This was my second year coming to a blind convention at this location. The hotel all in all is very good. Staff is welcoming and the rooms are very nice. However, the bathrooms in the meeting areas are not very clean and constantly smell. Also, the staff who does serve the food has it on the tables long before it is time for the meals so food is sitting for who knows how long before consumption. This for me is a no no. The food for our meals was good for a hotel. The staff who served it did not notify us anything was on the tables and or be able to communicate with language issues to try to rectify issues.

David K is ia incredible waiter at the restaurant in the Marriott. We had a group of 6 for breakfast 2 mornings in a row and remembered each one of our names, was professional yet had a great sense of humor. He was able to accomodate every one of our requests promptly and without issue. Highly recommend.

Travelled for business and found a quiet, clean room with friendly staff. Plenty of quick elevator access so no long waits to move around the hotel. Visited the on-site restaurant for breakfast every morning and make sure you say hi to David K., he was a great server and fun to talk with.

Awesome time and great convo. Food was great. Kayzie is my new best friend she is the best! Thanks Kristina! I can't wait to come back and try something else on the menu. The ambiance was nice and chill as well. The lamb chops you definetly have to try.

Visit was great. Kayzee in the dining room was so friendly and hospitable and Mr. Barrington made our stay even more memorable. After a day with family in the park, we weren’t ready to disperse to our separate rooms so we gathered in the lobby to continue our chatter and Mr. Barrington kindly opened a private room for us to gather and continue the joy of the day. The only reason I gave a four was because the configurations for the door key card were off and we had to go back to the front desk to get a new key. This happened multiple times with multiple keys and was quite annoying.

Poor house keeping . If you pay to include breakfast don’t limit customers to only two options and don’t treat customers with breakfast vouchers like Second class citizens! So we didn’t go back after first breahfast

We have stayed at this Marriott over 200 nights since it opened. Only reason we stay here is because it’s near our friends. Our experience here is never better than “ok”. We were here in April for a week and came back late two nights to find our room had not been serviced. We’re here for nine days this time, left the room at 9 15, back at 830pm…..,room not serviced. And now they charge for parking……on a lot attached to the hotel, had always been free, now suddenly it isn’t. Upgrades? Even with Titanium status, never an upgrade, let alone an acknowledgment of the nights we’ve spent here. I always think they can’t disappoint us again, but somehow they manage to. Shame on them, they should pull the flag.
