"I really like the place, but definitely will bring my own coffee cup the next time"

Place to stay wonderful location And wonderful staff

You need better quality coffee cups. My coffee cup bottom fell out and spilled coffee all over me. According to people in the building, this happens all the time. Maybe it’s time to switch vendors for your coffee cups!!

"Exactly what we’ve come to expect, excellent"

Your staff is beyond friendly, they are incredibly helpful, polite & seem to always to be smiling! It’s just a warm place to stay. The breakfast is excellent & always warm, fresh eggs, sausage or whatever it is. The area is so comfortable, the chairs & tables clean & spot free, we know every stay will excellent for cleanliness & professionalism.

The beds are too high for us (my husband is 5’10”) & I’m now disabled & really struggling to get into bed. The tub was incredibly slippery & high as well. I requested a ADA room when I booked & one wasn’t available, we went ahead & booked because we love our visits with there. The sounds of kids have never bothered us & makes us smile however dogs barking in the middle of the night got old quick, they seemed to be everywhere we turned over the weekend. We both are dog lovers/owners but never felt the need to take them along while staying in a hotel. Anyway dogs could be grouped together away from families?
