"I would try to find another place to stay even if I had to drive down the highway few hours more"

Location was good

Had a bad problem with ants when I asked change rooms they seem to have a problem accommodating wanted to change the price finally they gave me the same type of room for the same price

A great stay in Parsons! Super clean and comfortable room. We come and stay often to visit family. After a busy day, this room was perfect. We didn't use the pool, but it is definitely cleaner than others.

Price is higher compared to other hotels in the area (across the street). Not sure if we will ALWAYS stay here, but it is another option when it is in our budget.

"Great Customer Service"

The customer service here is great. Sam was working the desk when we arrived. He was very accommodating to our need for a handicap room. He was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay He always remembered our name.

Breakfast wasn't bad but not outstanding. It basalt better than the Holiday Inn Express we stayed in when we were in Webster, TX. Would recommend having two things off coffee available so customers don't have to wait to get coffee.

"Excellent"

Staff was not rude, but not what I would call friendly either. The hotel and rooms were clean and quiet and I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good - pretty much what you would expect from HI or any other hotel at this level.

Overall it was ok, the hospitality is lacking very, very much not family oriented at all, more just business. Not a friendly feeling, kind of rude, have had much better experiences from much larger locations.
