Hice la reserva por error en este hotel. Me di cuenta enseguida y intenté por todos los medios cancelarla. Cuando llame al hotel me dijeron si la reserva está hecha a través de booking ellos no podian cancelarla. Me dirigí al equipo de Booking pidiendo ayuda en dicha cancelación y finalmente no ha servido para nada. Como he visto que la cancelación lleva cargos opte por opción de alojar en dicho hotel y cuando llegue al hotel me comentaron que no existe ninguna reserva a mi nombre. Finalmente he pagado por un alojamiento del que no pude disfrutar. Mala gestión del hotel y de equipo booking.
