Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis South

The breakfast wasn't bad I do not like the fact you can't take it to your room though

I didn't like the morning staff. They were just out for as much money as possible and the bed sheets weren't clean properly and the housekeeping never knocked on our door to clean or see if we needed anything the whole weekend we were there.

Great value, courteous and accommodating staff, a bit of differed maintenance.

nothing except not staying overnight there.

It was awful from the start. Smell of marijuana was very strong in the lobby. The manager was outside of his cage area behind the desk hollering at a "guest" about paying for something, I would guess his room. There were women there who looked like the were "working" and I do NOT mean for the hotel just at the hotel. This hotel makes your company look very bad. I would be ashamed to present it the way it was online and look the way it does.

They keep the overall hotel fairly clean but we still had a mouse and roaches in our room. Also there was a domestic violence incident in the room next to ours that went into the hall and the lady admitted she had HIV because we tried helping her waiting for 911 response team to arrive however the hotel left the blood in the hallway for over 6 hours and we couldn't leave our room. There's an outdoor pool but not for swimming the gate has been partially removed and its a danger huge open pit a child or anyone could fall into. They provide breakfast but the milk was spoiled. The bed was broken we had 2 queen beds. This was the 2nd room they put us in because the first 1 the heater didn't work. Also they charge $100 deposit not a hold on your card for reserverving the room regardless if you pay in cash or whatever method of payment. The blankets are the consistency of curtains and paper thin. There Are holes in the curtains and blankets. The cold side of faucet in the sink was broken and sprayed all over bathroom. The staff was really rude. The coat rack literally fell off the wall. They also don't honor Wyndham points neither can you make a reservation or pay online through Wyndham!!
