first, they do not have a restaurant as mentioned in the ad. first room heat did not function. had to change rooms 2nd room, shower did not work. .couldn't get any warm water no hangers for clothes when checking out the lobby was unheated. the employees had to wear heavy jackets

I didn’t like anything about the property.

They charged me for 6 nights when I paid for 2 nights. The first room we were in, the toilet didn’t work. The room we stayed in was dusty and weathered. There were people fighting in the hall, it was so noisy and anyone in the hall woke you up. The pillows have seen better days, and were very thin and lumpy-the blanket- if that’s what you want to call it was barely thicker than the sheet. When I tried to get reimbursed for the double charge they did on my account- I was then charged for the third time. It’s incredibly inconvenient to be charged 6 nights plus $100 security deposit when you should have only been charged for 2 nights. The front desk lady was no help what so ever. Basically telling me to come back in the morning to speak to the manager. When I came back in the morning, no manager- same front desk lady from the previous night.

Breakfast was minimal. Waffle and Minnie muffins.

They will not let you take your waffle back to your room. The juice machine didn't work. Punch was provided. Was double charged the pet fee.
