Quality Inn & Suites Raleigh Durham Airport

The rooms were cozy

There were roaches in our bathroom, and the check in attended said two words to us. Name and card. He didn't welcome us didn't tell us where our room was nothing. The morning lady when I went to check out was nicer but still very quite.

The hotel was very near the airport which was nice because I was picking up someone late and with it being close was my first choice not to drive back home in the dark. Room was very comfortable and very quiet. Front desk clerk was very efficient in his job. Several people were checking in At the same time and he moved us along very quickly. Also there was a Wendy’s right beside of the parking lot to grab a quick bite. Will definitely plan another stay here.

Wish I could have stayed long but my plans did not call for that. There was nothing I disliked about my stay. Every thing from Access to property, parking, and checking in, and room was exceptional.

The lobby smelled like weed and cigarettes! There was hair all over the shower curtain There was a fake nail stuck under the bathroom baseboard ! It was the cleanest nor the quickest

The price and location were good.

Breakfast was subpar - ends really early and not much for selection. We had bed linens with stains on them, didnt notice the night before as it was late when we got in, however, the next morning after returning from breakfast we noticed brown stains on the top of the comforter, we called down to the front desk at 9am requesting a change in NED linen, was told someone would be up. We left the room for the day about 11, noone had came yet. We returned to the room about 3pm to change for the evening before heading out again and notice we had someone come to our room, took trash and replaced towels, beds were never touched, and no we left nothing on the beds as we knew they needed to change them. Called down to the front desk and requested again that someone change our bed linen as they were stained and were told housekeeping was still.working on the floor and would get to us. By 4:30 I called again, looking for an update as we were.getting ready.to leave again for evening plans, and was told housekeeping had just left for the day and we wouldn't be able to get someone till the next.day. At this point I informed the front desk gentleman that we had requested multiple times since 9am, and that if you could bring it up we would change them ourselves, after a bit of back and forth he agreed and 30 mins later he brought us up a change of bed linen. Disappointed 100% in this hotel, I've never had a bad experience at a Quality Inn before.

Breakfast was basic, not a huge variety.

Lack of choices, wasn't restocked, cheap utensils.
