Your breakfast had outdated food and when I brought it to the attention of your staff he said well we get it from Walmart... There was a gallon of milk there half gone just open for everybody to touch and do whatever they wanted to with it.... The only good thing about your breakfast was the pancake machine my grandkids really enjoyed it...

A better breakfast because that's why I booked with you is for the breakfast and I still had to go and buy breakfast for my family

They should not advertise laundry services for the fact that they will not provide change to use the facilities laundry and they have debit card scanners that don't even work YOU CANNOT DO LAUNDRY HERE UNLESS YOU BRING 5 TO 10 DOLLARS OF CHANGE WOTH YOU

Easy check in and check out

When I went to check into the facility I stood at the desk for about two or three minutes for the clerk to take care of me. Finally, she arrived. She was outside in a pickup truck talking to the guy in the pickup. After she checked me in she returned to the pickup and continued the conversation. Not very professional in my opinion.

It was quiet and the staff was so helpful. It was Christmas and so they staff was short handed for cleaning, but seeing these employees come together as a team and get us whatever we needed, I highly recommend.

Nothing we didn’t like, but wish there was smart tvs in the rooms.

I booked a room in the wrong town then payed for an additional room in the correct town where I actually stayed and the would not offer me a cancellation or a refund on the room that was booked but never used. So I payed for 4 nights in two different areas only to get 2 nights and no money back
