Clean and safe. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

I liked that the two beds were in different rooms and that the vanity was separate from the toilet and shower. The rate was a little high due tobthe BTS concert, but not nearly as high as others in the area.

The remote receptionist was a little strange, but we checled in close to 11pm and there was a person present when I checked out. The cooler worked well but was a little loud. Fortunately, I was exhausted and had no trouble falling asleep.

The towels were nice and fluffy. The bed was comfy and there were 4 pillows on the king bed. They had a Starbucks coffee bag system coffee maker. (But had no decaf, which I drink. No breakfast provided.) The housekeeping came every 2 or 3 days, as expected. I think you could request it more often, if wanted. The black out curtains really blocked out most of the light.

The virtual check in took *twenty* minutes because one of the machines wasn't working and he had to try to re-boot multiple times, we finally noticed the power was not on for the credit card scanner, although this was a *pre-paid* room I paid for in advance with Expedia. It was an incredibly long waste of my time just for the "incidentals" I didn't want when I was tired- it was late at night. The lighting in the room and bathroom was dim and poor in most places and then the sink/vanity lighting was far, far, too bright and harsh. I know that makes me sound like goldilocks, but this was extreme. The fridge was turned to a setting that did not keep my food cold. From now on, I will always check! So I had to throw out the food my family cooked and chilled for me for 6 breakfasts. The cheese slices were weeping after a day like that, and there was water on the tray under the freezer section, to prove it was too warm. I ate the cheese, but I had to throw out the hard cooked eggs. That was to have been my breakfast for the next six mornings. The fruit was OK. Turning up the setting corrected the problem, but I didn't expect that problem in the first place.
