I left my bag inside the room I’ll call the property the next day because on my way back I can pick it up, Every time I called, they always told me that the manager would call me back to provide more information—and I am still waiting for that call.

The woman who helped with check out was very friendly.

The room was a mess. It had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. All the towels were rolled up on the floor in the bathroom. I removed them and set them aside. There was no soap, one bed was unmade, and the other was stripped of sheets, and the garbage in the bathroom and by the desk were full. I changed both.
