"You cant have same prices for otherside of the resort."

We have requested 2 months in advance for rooms in the same floor for all of us, but we din get anything like that, infact one of us had to walk to the other side of the road which was 10 mins walk, the staff was not even sorry about it, it never happened to us, when we informed 2 months in advance it always used to work for us every where, we may not consider this place next time.

"Good value for money. Pretty basic but more than adequate."

The setting was great. Pool access room was an upgrade well worth the price.

There were smells and also it is a big resort and can be a bit tiresome navigating back to room. The rooms are basic but functional.

"Very bad experience"

The service was terrible. Jusica at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. They charged us more at checkout with no explanation. We requested a big taxi for three people with luggage, but they sent a small car and made us wait another 20 minutes for a second one, with a higher price than agreed. We also found insects in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. Overall, very disappointing and not recommended

"Luscious green paradise in a cool coastal town."

Absolutely awesome location. Super close to all the local attractions like the pier, the walking street, Pratumnak Hill and the beach. We walked everywhere never really needing a taxi or bike to get around. Exploring the city was very cool, a great mix of urban tourism (go carts, malls, night clubs and more outdoorsy activities (sunset up the hill, seeing monkeys, time at the beach). Friendly staff on site helped us organise a tour to go snorkelling and exploring but most days were spent exploring the city or spending time in the beautiful green resort. The little slide at the pool was a bonus surprise.

It would have been great to have access to drinking water on site, we were given two bottles each time our room was cleaned but this didn't go very far. We ended up walking to the 7/11 for big water bottles most days.
