Great staff. This hotel wants to be a great place to stay so they work harder than many hotels we stay in.

The hot tube was great! Good temp, clean.

I will choose this property again!

Our drain in the bathroom didn’t go down very quickly.

This is the most dog friendly hotel ever. Lovely place. Very clean. Cute town. Great staff. Botanical Buddies is adorable. However, there is definitely an issue at booking w/ Expedia and check in.. Despite the "what you see, is what you pay" claims on Expedia, the hotel charged us a mandatory $30 amenities fee at check in. I don't know if that was an Expedia error or the hotel taking advantage of limited options for me to change plans on the fly, but it didn't feel great to be held hostage like that. We traveled with a large soccer group and every family that used to book Expedia was charged the same. This place would be 5 star if it wasn't for that.

This hotel is probably one of the most cozy hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location and shopping nearby are wonderful. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer.

Clean room, convenient and in a good part of town.
