The uniqueness of this property is that it is located in the heart of Edwards. It sits along the river and feels like you are in a large home and not a hotel. A bonus is that it is also pet friendly and right on a walking trail along the river.

"Stop it with the amenity fee you crooks"

The front desk attendants are surly. The surprise/gotcha "amenity fee" is probably illegal. The water in the room was a nice touch.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The extra amenities like free snacks/breakfast, a free daily tab at the "store" onsite and shuttle to ski areas really set them apart. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at Inn at Riverwalk in March, 2025. The front desk staff were OUTSTANDING. Super comfy beds, coffee station in the lobby, trail-mix station in the lobby, water purifier station on every floor. The $10 credit to buy an item in their sundry shop is a nice touch. I had a minor issue with an item not working in the bathroom and it was resolved immediately. Thank you, Jasper
