reception very polite and helpful

The 2 flights of stairs up to the breakfast room. No obvious toilets outside the bedrooms.

The location is perfect in all aspects. It’s close to the water transportation, market, restaurants I do like a style how the hotel is designed, furnished. The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty and actually u had everything u needed.

The time of breakfast 7:30 - 9:30 (honestly when u on vacation). And yes check out time too (10 am) it could be later.

O charme do hotel chamou demais a atenção, o atendimento da equipe foi fantástico.

Stylový hotýlek, velmi milý personál, hotel i ostrov sám je oáza klidu, samozřejmě po odjezdu denních návštěvníků ostrova. Fotky naprosto odpovídají realitě. Hotel v blízkosti lodní zastavky, v klidné uličce nedaleko muzea skla, kousek je obchod. Snídaně pro milovníky sladkého, ti, co mají rádi snidani po anglicku, spokojeni asi nebudou.

Nemám žádné připomínky.

large room size with 5 star facilities. The breakfast was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and guided us with the paths of water bus and helped us plan out stay om both islands.

A water taxi was booked for us and it arrived exactly on schedule. Also, I was able to take breakfast to my wife in our room.

Cramped, very basic rooms. No kettle. We encountered three receptionists, A woman who was polite and helpful and two men who we called "grumpy" and "very grumpy". No smiles, no welcome, no information provided, not even about breakfast. However, "Grumpy" did successfully book our water taxi and carried my wife's breakfast to our room...so positive points for that. "Very Grumpy" was simply rude, unwelcoming, unhelpful and unprofessional. Also, initially, the reception was locked with no information regarding how to contact a receptionist.
