Stayed at the Corinthia for my partner’s birthday and Zozan at the front desk made the whole trip. She clocked that we were celebrating and went completely out of her way to make it special, with a few lovely touches I won’t spoil here. The kind of thoughtfulness you can’t train into someone, she just has it. Beyond the gestures, she was warm, genuine, and clearly took real pride in looking after her guests. My partner was beaming. Zozan turned a nice birthday trip into one we’ll be talking about for years. If this reaches management: Zozan is a credit to the hotel. Thank you.

"Corinthia Budapest"

We recently stayed at the Corinthia Budapest Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional service, and it quickly became one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. The staff were genuinely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make our stay special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge and the delightful housekeeping team, every interaction felt personal and professional. They truly made us feel like valued guests. The location is ideal. Situated right on the Grand Boulevard, you're just steps away from excellent restaurants, shopping, and easy access to both sides of the city via the metro. The hotel itself is in pristine condition. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The property is stunning — luxurious without being over-the-top, with gorgeous lobby. We can't recommend the Corinthia Budapest highly enough. It exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect base for our Budapest adventure. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
