Das Personal an der Rezeption war nur ok - versprochener Rückruf kam nie, angefragte extra Bettwäsche kam nicht und musste drei Mal nachgefragt werden, keine brauchbaren Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten passend für Familie mit Kleinkindern

We have just checked out after a wonderful four-night stay at the Corinthia Budapest and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Zosan, who checked us in, was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, professional, incredibly helpful, and really set the tone for our stay. She also checked us out at the end of our trip with the same genuine smile and friendliness. Staff like Zosan make all the difference and she is a real credit to the hotel. A special thank you also to Dominic in Concierge. His recommendations and advice throughout our stay were excellent and helped make our trip truly memorable. Thanks to Dominic, we discovered some fantastic restaurants, including Mazel Tov, which we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Budapest. We would also like to thank Zita for all of her help before we arrived and for helping to make our stay feel so special from the outset. The hotel itself is stunning. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast was excellent every morning, and the Executive Club access was absolutely worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed the lounge throughout the day, with its excellent selection of food and drinks, and the staff there were always friendly, welcoming and attentive. The spa facilities were another highlight of our stay. The spa team were fantastic, our treatments were excellent, and the thermal suite provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. We booked this trip as a chance to get away, celebrate, relax and recharge, and the Corinthia exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities and genuinely exceptional staff made for a truly memorable experience. Thank you to everyone at the Corinthia Budapest. Amazing!! Highly recommend hotel

Szofi at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful with all our questions and giving us directions. The breakfast was amazing and the beds so comfortable.
