Localizacion

Demasiado caro para la calidad, el baño es una cabina portátil metido en la habitación, la ducha no tenía manguera por lo que te tenías que mojar el pelo si o si si querías lavarte solo el cuerpo.

Non abbiamo fatto la colazione in hotel, La posizione è molto buona basta attraversare il ponte e si è in centro. Russell dispone di un parcheggio a pagamento €18 per notte ci sono parcheggi in strada ma non è facile trovarli liberi

"Bon emplacement avec parking"

L'emplacement, le parking, la literie. Le petit déjeuner correct malgré une salle qui sert aussi d'accueil a l'hôtel comme souvent dans les b&b.

La taille de la chambre pour 3. La salle de bain qui est une cabine plastique planté dans un coin de la pièce. Le fait que la chambre donne sur les accès à l'étage avec une isolation quasi nulle donc bruyant.

La ubicación es inmejorable y la limpieza de la habitación está bien.

Si llegas con coche se complica un poco al estar en el centro y no asegurarte aparcamiento. El desayuno cumple con las expectativas, si bien el área habilitada para este servicio podría resultar algo reducida en determinados momentos.

Location and it offers Room with Basilica view

Amazing location! The hotel offers room with the view of the Zaragoza icon, Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar! So I booked a room with Castle View through Booking.com. However, to our disappointment, we ended up a room with no view. I tried politely tell the hotel receptionist, Mamen Palos, however she was impatient and not letting me finish my explanation. Even though I am willing to pay extra and remain my same room reservation, she refused and insist me on another room. Very disappointed as my intention of a perfect room with the stunning view of the Zaragoza icon. Very inflexible hotel staff, unlike the rest of my hotel experiences in Spain and other parts of Europe. Very disappointing experience with the hotel as it left the unpleasant impression on my simple one day trip in Zaragoza. Every moment in my one day trip in Zaragoza were nice and very comfortable, with only exception of my encounter with the hotel receptionist, Mamen Palos, leaving me an unhappy stay in the hotel.
