This is a five star property. Beautiful, clean, expansive, modern. The rooms are large, and well kept. Views from room balconies are great. But, keeping the hotel from getting a five star review from me: 1.) the breakfast was more like a Hampton Inn. The food on the buffet was just second tier. The French toast and pancakes were soggy. The eggs overcooked. Even the bacon wasn’t good - and that’s hard to do. Less continental breakfast options than any ES I’ve seen. (However: the omelette cook is stellar! Do that!) 2.) the “hot tub” is a luke warm kid pool. It doesn’t have working jets. And it’s a kiddy pool because the main pool is not heated, so even kids won’t play in it. (They said the pool was heated to 85°. 🤣). 3.) the options available at the managers reception were VERY limited. The drinks AND the food. Much less than any ES I’ve been too. For the large price this ES charges these things should be resolved ASAP.

The location of this resort is awesome! It’s right on the beach with the beautiful pool area looking out over the ocean as well. Having breakfast provided everyday was a great convenience, and the nightly happy hour was very nice as well.

They only have valet parking, which is $40/day. However, the attendants were very good and really hustled to retrieve our vehicle whenever we needed it. Our balcony room was strange too - it was suspended over the cars in the parking garage.
