Varied and well stocked breakfast. Central lobby location.

Construction on the property wasn't mentioned before booking. Window was blocked by painters film before we checked out.

Easy access to Hwy 1 and Monterey Bay. Walmart literally next door.

Safe didn't work. Patio door didn't latch.

Great hotel! We have used this facility before and would recommend!

clean enough

I asked to get invoice by messenger, but no reply for 1 month.

Sunday breakfast was terrible. Ran out of eggs and coffee Sunday morning at 8:30! Not good one person working the buffet, could not find a clean counter and sticky floors, trash barrels over flowing. One toaster for everyone. When we did have food it was eggs and 2 kinds of sausage. What about biscuts, bacon needed more selection same thing both days. Customers cleaning thier own tables.

Water Pressure

I’ve stayed at this hotel on the second floor a few months ago and this time got placed on the first floor. The first floor looks to be less cared for, it’s immediately noticeable once you enter into the hallway. The bedroom was very dirty, black stuff on the toilet paper, short hair on the toilet and in the sink with water splashed on the counter, black mold in the bathroom, stains on the wall in the bedroom, disgusting dirty baseboards that have probably never been cleaned, gunk was stuck to the carpet, I was going to call off my second night stay but the cost of the other hotels were three times the price so I was forced to stay with my kid but I won’t be returning again. I do not recommend especially if you have children. I’d like to also comment that the receptionist was the most unenthusiastic person I’ve had to talk to at a hotel, she literally seemed like she was just getting by. It was pretty uncomfortable and a little awkward.
