Baymont on the lake by Wyndham Hot Springs

Location was great! Beds were very comfortable.

First room AC was not working with loud Noise. Moved to second room AC did not cool the room it was hot and humid in room.

Patio by the lake; cabanas.

Cushions worn, carpets stained, sink drained slow, tub had rust stains, a/c very loud

Too many dogs was there, even in the eating room

Smoke detector battery went dead as soon as we went to go to bed the first night….staff couldn’t fix it so we finally had them convinced to let us take it off the wall so we could go to sleep for the night. Property not very clean for the money. Breakfast was okay at best. Gym was terrible…equipment broken and not properly working.

In All Honesty I and my Family was going to Stay 4 nights, but I had to know first if it was a clean hotel and ir was NOT IN OUR ROOM

The Floor was DIRTY, THE BATHROOM TUB HAD A DIRTY RING AROUND THE TUB, SOMEONE HAD SHOWERED AND LEFT THE TOWELS IN THE SLOTS INSIDE THE SHOWER WHERE SOAP GO, DIDN'T HAVE BUT I NEW ROLL OF TISSUE WHICH WAS OK BUT PAPER WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR DUE TO CHEAP TISSUE, WIPED DOWN MICROWAVE AND DESK TABLE AND GOT A DIRTY RAG JUST FROM CLEANING THEM, JUST WAS NOT CLEAN, THE BATHROOM IS TOOO SMALL, THE LAMPSHADE ON THE DESK HAD SOMETHING ALL WAY AROUND IT IT WAS REALLY GROSS, I SAW THE GUY THAT CHECKED ME IN AND HE WAS NICE BUT I NEVER SAW ANYOTHER FRONT DESK ATTENDANT UNTIL WE CHECKED OUT AND SHE WAS NICE ALSO. WISHED I'D KNOWN YOU COULD TAKE PICTURES I SURE WOULD OF TOOK THEM.
