Poor maintenance and breakfast

The view is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel unfortunately.

Staff wasnt very welcoming upon arrival. Our room had stained sheets and hair. They did give us another room but the 2nd room had stained bed fitting as well. The lounge chairs outside had the sponge coming out and was torn, badly, on all the lay down chairs. Breakfast was the powder eggs and biscuits, sausage links and potatoes. Cereal and bagels. Unfortunately, we won't return to this hotel.

The location was great, beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. We enjoyed eating our dinner outside.

However, both rooms had cleanliness issues. There was mold around the ac unit in room 224. The curtains in that room were stained. In room 222 the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were difficult to pump. The dispenser was dirty. The body wash in both rooms were empty or missing. The breakfast was ok, but no cream cheese for the bagels. The women's restroom by the breakfast area only had 1/8 room of toilet paper in a stall and the bathroom was dirty.

The view of the lake was beautiful.

The breakfast area lacked attention and needed a deep clean. Food was left out all day and I’m guessing was reserved the next morning.very disappointing!
