Baymont on the lake by Wyndham Hot Springs

It was close to the lake and restaurants Upon arriving the lobby and breakfast area was very nice.

Only one elevator. Room had mold in the ceiling and bathroom needs a severe cleaning. Property seems like it needs some upkeep. Old deck furniture laying outside the hotel. Tree branches piled up in the parking lot. Definitely not worth the price.

Location is west and out of main strip of Hot Springs on lake and next to great Mexican Restaurant. More expensive rooms overlooking lake.

Little annoying things about the room. Little freezer compartment of fridge practically frozen shut, needing defrosting, plug missing from bathtub so you could only take a shower, and no closet or rack to hang up clothing like a dress or coat otherwise the room was quiet, clean, and everything worked.

The rooms were really not well cleaned and the gym was depressing. The hot water wasn't working but they did promptly fix it

Room had a bad smell like they mopped with a dirty mop and the covers had stains on them, the shower didn’t look too clean

Like to have been able to have the wife use the pool after her buying new bathing suit she had bought for getting to bring hers
