Breakfast was good. The room was clean and I have a beautiful view.

They only had one elevator to use the other one was out of service, so it was challenging to use the elevator, hot and overcrowded . And checking in after about 2 1/2 hours someone came knocking at the door, then entered our room, was not happy with that. The lady that worked at the front desk was the one that came to our room open and knocked then open the door we did not hear her after being checked in for 2 1/2 hours, then asked me if everything was OK I was very confused why?

Location, view from the lobby and breakfast area, the pool and definitely from the room. And the breakfast was excellent too!

We couldn't figure out to find channels on the TV and when we asked for assistance they sent up someone with a TV guide but the guy said he couldn't help us figure it out. Fortunately we were there for the beach ๐Ÿ–๏ธ
