Where to even begin… Jean at front desk terrible. Blood in ceiling (or something of that nature). Bowel movement in toliet. TV on. Sheets dirty. Pillows dirty. Shower still wet and had soap all over left used. Urine running down side of toliet. Absolutely disgusting chair - covered in dirt and grease. Remnants of smoking all over and the smell of weed was absolutely awful - like they locked up a skunk in the room. We walked out and drove over three hours home with no help from the contact numbers or anything. We reached out to other authorities in the city and they are working on a refund for us!!

Room smelt like smoke, mold on window sill, stained blankets. Flies and bugs in the room. Room charged $315 plus was not worth $100 a night

For the most part it's a clean place, no bugs!! Just sloppy finishes, and furniture in the room was old and worn, kinda gross to me.

This hotel room was very gross. The shower was very moldy and the shower doors obviously had not been cleaned. One of the beds in the room was broken and extremely wobbly. The freezer in the mini fridge was frozen over and discolored most likely from more mold.

the room was nothing like the pictures shown in the ad. the room was so badly laid out that you could not see the tv from the beds without binoculars and the tub that was inthe suite we stayed in was a regular tub for one with no jets. the closet door was torn off and just standing in the closet. the towel rack in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. the shower valve was installed backwards so that the hot side was cold and the cold side was hot,someone could get scalded. the shower curtain rood fell down and could not be put back up because someone had removed the tension spring out of it, the room door did not fit the opening so that anyone standing in the hallway could see into the room. the staff was completely un cooperative when we called to get a different room and said we had to contact orbitz. we will never stay at that facility again and i think orbitz should be ashamed for sending anyone there. that place needs to be shut down or at least made to bring thier facility up to standards. wqs very tempted to call the health department about the filthy hallway carpets and stairwells. parking lot was very hard to access and full of bad places to navigate. in all it was a very unpleasant stay and kind of ruined our trip to poplar bluff.

You charged me for 2 rooms I called about it and was told that there was nothing Expedia could do the motel canceled the second room but your person said that I probably would not get a refund on one room

Definitely sketchy, no breakfast options, lots of flies, hallway and room smelled, staff was super great.

The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock and the chain lock fell off. The bathroom door wouldn't open or close all the way.
