"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!"

had a very disappointing experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Frisco. We paid the required pet fees so our dogs could stay with us, just like any other guests who bring their pets. While we stepped out briefly to get dinner, the hotel called saying our dogs were barking and disturbing other guests. Instead of handling the situation with understanding or giving us a chance to return and resolve it, the hotel chose to kick us out completely. This left me, my husband, and our two pets without a place to stay, which was extremely stressful and unfair. If a hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, there should be some level of patience and accommodation for normal pet behavior. Barking can happen, especially in a new environment. The way this situation was handled felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not recommend staying here if you are traveling with pets. There are other hotels that are truly pet-friendly and treat their guests with more respect.

This location is great. I could easily get to and from many popular places with no traffic at all.

Staff sat around a lot. Hotel was not clean. If you need more towels, you are advised to come get them yourself. Bathtub was filthy. Hallways and elevators had a smell. Elevators were SLOW!
