"Wasnt perfect"

The area was perfect for our purpose in Frisco.

The smell in the room as soon as we opened the door smelt like poop. It was so bad we kept door open and sprayed the room but that didnt help. Then we went to pull out the coach bed and it was full of hair, grass, stains like it wasnt changed or cleaned from the last people who used it. Sink was also broken it drained but the piece was broken ik the middle.

Close to Elite Sports Facility

There was no house keeping for New Years Day which would have been fine since they let us know when we checked in but the next day they didn't clean our room either & on Jan. 3rd I ask them to please clean it. All they did was pickup dirty towels & sheets & clean the toilet. I needed vacumning badly but they didn't. Also had to ask everyday for toilet tissue as there were 3 of us but would only give 1 roll per day. Woke up early am Jan 4 & there was none left at all. I expected more out of breakfast because of the great reviews. It was ok but nothing to brag about. Could make it better by having a little more variety on the hot food selection. The area was very clean & kept full of what was offered.

"I would book this hotel every time I'm near the area"

The location was near everything I was interested in. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was amazing! Coffee bar in lobby and as it got colder they brought out the hot chocolate.

Our room was near a compressor or something that made noise. However, staff reached out via text during my stay inquiring about my stay. I gave 4 stars and my reason. They offered to move me but since I was checking out the next morning I declined. It showed me their commitment to great customer service.
