Problemer kommet med engang da vi kommet inn på resepsjonen. Har bestilt en bisness rom , med to store seng og to rom. (Da barn får sin egen). Men når vi har kommet til resepsjonen, fikk beskje at min bestilling var endret til senjor rom. Som er mer billere og mindre i m2. Den hadde kunn ett seng og et rom. Bestilling var endret da de hadde ikke mer ledige “bisness” romer. Som er helt idiotisk, da jeg har alt dobbeltsjekket ved åringe dem før betaling. Egentlig hvorfor de selger rommene som er ikke ledige? Scam? Dette misnøye og ødelagte planer. Personalet prøvde absolutt å løse problemet ved å tilby et gavekort, men uansett var det ikke det jeg betalte for ...
