Pinnacle Hotel Whistler

Posizione ottima, staff cordiale. Il parcheggio a pagamento sotto la struttura è comodissimo e raggiungibile tramite ascensore direttamente dalla lobby dell'hotel.

Il materasso del letto era parecchio sfondato. Abbiamo dormito storti e ci siamo svegliati con un brutto male alla schiena, dovuto alle molle del letto. L'abbiamo comunque fatto notare alla struttura, la quale si è scusata. Altra cosa che non ci è piaciuta molto è stata la macchina dell'aria condizionata letteralmente attaccata al letto (altezza faccia, per intenderci).

Good location, comfortable

The location, the complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for guests, the size of the room. It’s close proximity to the bus loop for shuttle bus services.

That the soaker tub was in the sleeping area

The room was cute I like the balcony that town is super nice.

I was excited about the pool. Saw that it was under service on a note in the elevator so I was a little disappointed. Turns out that note wasn’t true and a college of mine was told by front desk to use the pool. Confusing time.

The location within the resort. Comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Spacious room with kitchen facilities.

Rooms a little shabby in places. Car parking very tight.
