El desayuno deplorable, para comer una banana la tenías que pedir el día antes. La alfombra de la habitación una mugre, si te levantabas descalzo tenías que bañarte de inmediato

Stayed here for one night. The room is in need of updating with cracked bathtub etc. cleanliness was average. The ac unit is fairly old although masks any other noise. No recognition of any Hilton status. Breakfast was a mess. Chaotic and crowded. Limited fruit choices. Below what expect at a Hampton Inn. Overall was disappointed given the good reviews.

Location is great. Heated swimming pool is a plus. Hot drinks and small fruits available at all time is also appreciated.

It's a bit outdated so the room AC tends to be on the loud side.

Boa localização para minhas necessidades. Estacionamento amplo gratuito e café da manhã incluído na diária. Bom custo x beneficio na região.

Fiz a reserva com meses de antecedência e pedi um quarto em andar alto (o prédio tem 7 andares), mas só havia quarto no terceiro andar, pois o hotel estaria cheio. Havia um vazamento evidente na torneira do banheiro, a descarga estava “disparada” e o ralo da banheira entupido…descobrimos isso assim que entramos no quarto, o que demonstra não haver um controle adequado da manutenção…pelo menos os reparos foram feitos rapidamente. Ademais, os produtos de higiene, daqueles fixos no box, só são repostos quando solicitados, pois quem faz a limpeza do quarto não controla seu término.
