Comfort Inn San Diego Old Town

地理位置很好，赶飞机，去周围景点。酒店内部很漂亮。

普通大床房靠近路边，噪音真的非常大，窗帘遮光效果有限，酒店员工背景不够多元。在这里住普通大床房真的很尴尬，价格并不是最便宜的，但在物理上一种被边缘化的感觉，再美的游泳池也有点无心享受。

Die Lage ist perfekt, um Old Town zu Fuß zu erkunden, und man hat eine tolle Anbindung an den Rest von San Diego und zum Flughafen. ​Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: Als wir kurzfristig eine Umbuchung vornehmen mussten, war das Team unglaublich hilfsbereit, flexibel und hat alles schnell und unkompliziert für uns geregelt. So ein großartiger Service ist nicht selbstverständlich. ​Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen

Es un hotel sencillo pero con una excelente relación calidad-precio, la ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de las atracciones principales de Old Town, cerca de la estación del Trolley y de múltiples rutas de camión, la habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es bueno, aunque no sobresaliente.

En general todo está bien, lo único es que no hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones a menos de que lo solicites, pero están bastante limpias las habitaciones.

My stay at Comfort Inn San Diego Old Town was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. A recurring issue throughout my stay was the behavior of one specific staff member, who consistently demonstrated unprofessional and inappropriate conduct. On multiple occasions, this same individual used disrespectful and offensive language toward the only male member of our group, repeatedly using a derogatory term in our native language (equivalent to calling someone a “pig”), seemingly treating it as something amusing. This was not only inappropriate but also deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable in front of guests. Interactions were also handled in a rigid and unnecessarily confrontational manner. For example, during a minor situation at reception — when we mistakenly opened snacks before paying — we were abruptly lectured about “how things are done in America.” The tone was patronizing and disproportionate to the situation, showing a clear lack of customer awareness and professionalism. To make matters worse, I was later charged $50 for parking, despite having clearly declined this service and never using it. There is ample street parking available within a short walking distance, which makes the charge even more unjustified. I contacted the hotel via Expedia to resolve the issue, but despite explaining the situation, they insisted that the charge was valid and refused to remove it. Overall, this experience highlights serious issues with staff behavior, customer interaction, and billing transparency. Between the repeated conduct of the same employee, the poor handling of simple situations, and the refusal to correct an unjustified charge, I cannot recommend this hotel. Significant improvements are urgently needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us check in a little early, got us towels one evening for our room and the pool, and stored our luggage after we checked out. Check-in & out was quick and efficient. My girls loved the pool…most of the time they had it to themselves. Loved the warm breakfast each morning. The location made it quick and easy to get places. We will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay.

It could use more power outlets to charge devices.
